I am the proud father of Wyatt, Emersen, and Eden. I married my best friend, Rose Chanley, over 15 years ago. After serving with honor in the Marines, starting my own business, and working as a supervisor at Starbucks, I was called to full time ministry.
I am an ordained minister with over fourteen years experience serving families and children. My most recent role was as the Parenting Minister at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Ky, a church of over 26,000 members. I now serve as the Executive Director of the International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM). INCM exists to serve | serve | serve … to serve God and those called to serve His children.
My passion for community and disdain for silos led me to create www.cmconnect.org. CMConnect is a free online social network for Children’s Ministers that exists to “ignite your mission.
I am the author of “Collaborate: Family + Church” a collaborative work by 35 authors on how the church can impact the family. Now in its second printing, Collaborate reached #1 on two of Amazon’s Ministry lists.
I speak nationally and internationally on issues related to Children’s and Family Ministry.
